Abstract
"Target-centeric" intelligence analysis process is an important theoretical research result obtained by the U. S. intelligence community on the basis of a profound research of intelligence failures in recent years. It emphasizes that all stakeholders should be more di-rectly involved in the intelligence process, and take the responsibility for the quality of intelligence products all together, which would have a lot of help to improve the quality of intelligence analysis. The article first introduces the traditional intelligence cycle/process theory and its limitations, followed by an in-depth analysis on "Target-centeric" intelligence analysis process and a specific analysis of its main ad-vantages and the challenges presented, finally on this basis the article presents the thinking of upgrading the level of intelligence analysis work in China.关键词
