Abstract
This article first introduces the theory, analysis model and function of the patent portfolio. Then, based on Professor Holger Ernst’s patent portfolio method, it uses patent relative technological advantage to define the strength of enterprises. Using attractive tech-nology, the patent relative position and relative technology strength as three indicators, we draw a patent portfolio chart. The revised indi-cators are applied in the patent portfolio at the technological level to assess company’s technologies in field of hydrogen storage. The re-sults show patent portfolio is an effective tool in enterprise’s technology competitiveness evaluation.关键词
