An Exploration on the Application of H-index in the Analysis of the Impact of Microblogs---Taking Microblogs of '211 Project' Universities Libraries as Examples

Abstract
The h-index proposed by Hirsch in 2005 is not only a method of the academic evaluation based on the citation analysis, but al-so a new idea and tool to analyze the impact of microblog. This paper surveys 25 microblogs of academic libraries coming from‘211 pro-ject’ universities at www. weibo. com, tries to explore the application of h-index in the analysis of the impact of academic libraries mi-croblogs. The h-index of microblog forwarding and the h-index of microblog comment can reflect the power of communication and degree of concern of microblogs, and then reflect the impact of microblogs.关键词
