Abstract
The paper summarized the research on consumers’ information-seeking behavior from three aspects:social media,consumers’ information-seeking behavior and consumers’ social search. It introduced the content and research progress of each part. The study provides an academic foundation for exploring the law of consumer information-seeking in the social media environment and a direction for further in-depth study.关键词
