The Relationship of R & D Investment and the Patent's Influence:An Empirical Study
以研发投入排名靠前的10家中国企业为研究对象，以德温特世界专利索引为数据来源，探讨研发投入与专利影响力之间的关系。首先，对专利权人在专利中的排序进行探讨，提出专利权人的权重测定方法，在此基础上，从总被引数、篇均被引数、H指数及其衍生指数等角度对企业研发投入与专利影响力进行了实证研究。结果表明，企业研发投入与专利的影响力没有正相关的关系，且不同行业和不同性质的企业需要区别对待。
To explore the relationship between R&D investment and the influence of the patent, the paper takes the top 10 Chinese compa-nies of R&D investment as research objective, the DWPI database as data sources.
