A Study on Measuring Knowledge Exchange Efficiency in Scholar Virtual Community

Abstract
Using the methods of non-parametric DEA and Malmquist index, the paper calculates the knowledge exchange efficiency and total factor productivity of 8 discipline in emuch and pinggu BBS. The empirical conclusions are as followings. The knowledge exchange efficiency and scale efficiency in the pinggu BBS is lower than the emuch BBS, but the pure technical efficiency is larger than the emuch BBS. The knowledge exchange efficiency of pinggu BBS is improved,and the emuch BBS is weaken. The slowdown of the knowledge exchange productivity in pinggu BBS is caused by technical regression. The technical improvement is the main force for the knowledge ex-change productivity growth in emuch BBS.关键词
