突发危机中非官方正能量信息的挖掘与演化分析*--以“上海外滩踩踏事件”为例
Positive Online Information in Crisis Communication:A Case Study of "Shanghai Stampede Event"

Abstract
The role of the positive online information in crisis areas should not be underestimated. Using the keywords extraction, phrase matching technique and frequency calculation methods, we analyze 47,019 pieces of data in 30 days from Sina Microblog about “Shanghai Stampede Event”. The findings show that the evolution of the positive online information is basically in accordance with the development of network opinions, while the distribution of 783 keywords is unbalanced under the moral, cognitive, affective and behavioral dimen-sions. With the dual influence of the information demand and the official media, there are still differences in aspects of right-wrong judge-ment, rational cognition, positive emotion and behavior participation in this study. For this reason, we make the suggestions on strengthe-ning the social influence of the positive online information at last.关键词
