Abstract
Emergency plan management of enterprises in China is weak and lacks of the support of scientific theories. This paper explores the existing problems of emergency plan management from knowledge management perspective, analyzes the content and transformation mechanism of emergency plan management knowledge, studies the process of emergency plan management based on knowledge manage-ment, and puts forward the emergency plan management platform based on knowledge management. According to the research, emergency plan management is essentially an evolution process of knowledge production, application and creation; applying the ideas of knowledge management to the process of enterprise emergency plan management can clear the focus of each link in the emergency plan management and help establish and improve the emergency plan management system. The paper provides the theory and method basic for building an effective enterprise management system.关键词
