Abstract
Weibo is the platform for the sharing, spreading and acquiring of user’s information. Due to its large amount of information and fast spread speed, weibo has become the main carriers of online public opinions. Via defining and distinguishing relative concepts on online public opinion, the article makes analysis on online public opinion history and mechanism. The three online public opinion evalua-tion indexes are constructed based on network information release, information contents and information spread methods. The concrete quantification method for the three negative online public opinion evaluation indexes is proposed. Via the application of fuzzy comprehen-sive analysis on the “violence law enforcement of Yan’an urban management team, 2013" , the article verifies the validity of the online public opinion evaluation indexes. With the proposition on the concrete quantification methods, the article hopes that the theoretical foun-dations for the more proper actions taken by the government to carry out the online public opinion management and network crisis public re-lations activities are laid.关键词
