Abstract
This paper expounds the theory of scientific and technological achievement evaluation, constructs framework to evaluate applied technology value, and then establishes a value assessment system. We use confirmatory factor analysis to test the system with 104 expert data in model fitting, model adjustment. Then we get the optimal evaluation system and put value to indicators according to path coeffi-cient of variables in the model. Finally, we test the applicability of the evaluation system. We evaluate the scientific and technological a-chievements of A company using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the evaluation system has good applicabil-ity, and can reasonably evaluate the value of scientific and technological achievements.关键词
