Study on Patent Portfolio Strategy and Its Impact on Technological Innovation Performance
摘要
Abstract
In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises manifest a strong motivation towards patent portfolios. Based on the context of patent fragmentization and patent thicket, this paper firstly dissects the features of patent portfolio strategies in terms of patent property, business scale and product flow, and then discusses the tactics’ impact on technological innovation performance from the perspective of pa-tent property according to existing theories, thus points out new orientations for further studies and provides modern corporations with theo-retical guidance concerning how to optimize the strategies of patent portfolio and enhance the capacity and performance of technological in-novation.关键词
