Abstract
In this paper by using web of science database, based on comparative study of science cooperation papers in 1978-2014 among China, the developed countries and countries in one belt and one road area. we find the number of cooperation paper between China and developed countries are absolute more than cooperation paper between China and countries in the Belt and Road area, and its quality is higher than that of China and countries in the Belt and Road area cooperation papers, Among highly cited papers, The developed countries hold dominant position. Overall, the natural science foundation of China play an important role, but among highly cited papers, we did not find the foundation of China. Therefore, In the future, we can strengthen the scientific and technological cooperation with countries in One Belt and One Road area by improving paper quality and quantity.关键词
