互联网环境下媒介议程与政策议程设置相关性实证研究OA北大核心CHSSCDCSSCICSTPCD
An Relativity Empirical Research of the Effect of the Media Agenda to the Policy Agenda under the Internet Environment
互联网环境下，媒介对政策议程设置效果有何影响？对网络媒介议程数据、传统媒介议程数据和政策议程数据进行实证，研究对比网络媒介议程及传统媒介议程对政策议程设置效果。研究发现，传统媒介议程和网络媒介议程对政策议程具有正向推进作用，传统媒介议程较网络媒介议程对政策议程的影响更为显著；网络媒介议程与政策议程存在某种程度上的断裂；网络媒介的出现弥补传统媒介议程局限性，议程设置主体更加多元，议程流向发生变化。研究建议，网络媒介议程和传统媒介议程互动融合，共同推进政策议程构建。
