摘要
Abstract
Facing the Sovereign debt crisis, EU member states take the R&D and innovation as strategic measures and efficient tools to get rid of crisis. In the meantime,EU member states implement stringent financial policy and accelerate adjustment of their economic structures. The Innovation Union, as one of seven flagship initiatives of the Europe 2020 Strategy, has all through driven the Innovation Partnerships in fields of raw materials, agriculture and health care services, playing an active role for advancing R&D and innovation. However, nowadays it is difficult to forecast whether the European Research Area (ERA) will be successfully completed in 2014, since some barriers, such as researchers’ international mobility, research infrastructures and innovative knowledge’s sharing and transferring, research funding and research system’s integration, etc, need to be overcome.关键词
