摘要
Abstract
Only can we take advantage of the crucial 5-8 years’period of the transformation of economy and society after 18th party congress, our country can hopefully develop well in the 20 years. The main changes brought by transformation and reform are:the speed of economic growth drops to 7%-8%; economic formation mainly lies in consumption and innovation instead of investment and exportation. The innovation of system benefits the revolution a lot. The three aspects of main tasks in transformation and reform are:the transformation and reform of consumption -driven growth; the transformation and reform of population urbanization; the transformation and reform of the function of government. The features of the transformation and reform are:the combination of transformation and reform; the prominent conflicts of unbalanced interests;the inhibition of time and space. The policy on the construction of Hainan international tourism island provides Hainan international tourism island with more opportunities, more challenges and more advantages. The opportunities are:ever-increasing rigid demand; the potential of new type of urbanization; the improvement of comprehensive advantages in ecological environment. The prominent conflicts:the conflicts between demand and supply in consumption; the conflicts between the increasing demand and environment in investment; the conflicts between internationalization and openness. The three main tasks in construction of international tourism island:the pursuit of greater openness; the pursuit of great breakthrough in reform;the pursuit of mind emancipation.关键词
