Abstract
This paper analyzes five problems such as the vague position of the training purpose, the irrationality of the designs of curriculum system, the unscientific practical teaching systems, the imperfect quality development system and the insufficiencies in the training program of new local undergraduate universities; puts forward five countermeasures such as defining the position of training purpose, integrating and optimizing the curriculum system, enforcing the practical teaching system, perfecting the quality development system and deepening the cooperative education connotations.关键词
