Abstract
The paper analyzes causes of breakage of the tower crane with micro and macro analysis methods, and con-ducts the chemical composition and dynamic performance test.The result shows that due to original defects in the weld joint of certain post and ear base of the tower crane, and the cold brittleness caused by the low-temperature environment, the an-ti-impact capacity of the post is significantly reduced.Therefore, when the tower crane is under the impact force, brittle fracture of the post takes place, resulting in integral collapsing of the tower crane.关键词
