农民工的就业不平等感知对其冲突行为意愿的影响研究--基于全国7个城市的调研数据
Influence of Migrant Workers’ Inequality Perception in Employment on Their Intention of Participating in Conflict:Based on Investigation Data in 7 Cities Nationwide
摘要
Abstract
Based on the investigation of migrant workers in 7 cities in 2013 , this paper analyzes the migrant workers’ perception of the inequality in employment chances, payment and discrimination, and their effect on their intention of participating conflicts by Logistic binary linear regression model. The analysis shows that the migrant workers ’ perception of employment discrimination has the greatest influence on their intention of participating in the high risk conflicts, such as extreme behavior, violation of rules, and even crimes. The perception of inequality in payment has obvious impact on their intention of participating in conflicts. Furthermore, conformity and free rider psychology among the migrant workers strengthens their participating in collective conflicts although they have no perception of inequality. There is great difference in the intention of participating in conflict caused by perception of inequality between the new generation⁃migrant worker and the old generation worker. The old generation tends to choose reserved, indirect, low⁃risk actions, while the younger generation is inclined to choose high⁃risk actions such as suicide, revenge, riot or even criminal offence, which will lead to serious social problems.关键词
