Abstract
Aiming at the water burst and water inrush accidents during construction , the basic principles for the water pumping and drainage in emergency rescue are put forward , and the selection and layout of the equipment , pipeline and pumping station are described .The basic requirements of the power supply system and electrical control system are introduced .In several practi-cal cases, these techniques are used to finish the task in a quick and effective way , which has created huge social and economic benefits.关键词
