摘要

Abstract

According to the frequent accidents of sudden water pollution and the problems of emergency system at present. Introduced Ontology into the emergency system of sudden water pollution accidents. Proposed the representation method and inference rule of sudden water pollution based on Ontology. Using standard concept and definite attribute and relationship,established corresponding domain ontology,to realize information share among risk source database,emergency monitor network and other related database. Improved the accuracy and feasibility of implementation of assistant decision from experts system for emergency rescue of sudden water pollution accident. Oil spill accident of the Bohai Sea was taken as the example to the simulation system. The results showed that:this system could make assistant decision based on reasoning mechanism and rule sets.
