某引黄涵闸应急供水工程运行风险及对策
Analysis on Operational Risk and Countermeasures of Emergency Water Supply Project of a Culvert Sluice
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the current situation and the existing security risks of defective sluice,this paper analyzed the feasibility of emergency program using glass-steel pipes through a culvert on the safe operation and flood prevention. The emergency countermeasures were proposed based on analyzing the potential risk of the culvert sluice,by main structure,seepage stability,operation management,emergency rescue, natural and human factors etc. under such circumstances.关键词
