Abstract
A cationic fluorinated surfactant,C8F17(CH2)2CONH(CH2)3N+(CH3)3I-(FTAI),was synthesized with perfluorooctyliodoethane (C8 F17 CH2 CH2 I )as starting material through a series of reactions,including Grignard reaction,acylchlorination,amidation and quaterization. Structure of the FTAI was characterized by IR,1 HNMR and 19 FNMR. The surface tension,the contact angle on paraffin wax surface and the foaming power of FTAI aqueous solution and FTAI aqueous solution with 0.1 mol/L NaCl were measured. The results showed that this fluorinated surfactant exhibits excellent surface activity at room temperature. Its foaming power and wetting power were much higher than that of conventional cationic surfactant C12 H25 N+(CH3 )3 Cl-.关键词
