摘要

Abstract

  Self-synthesized low-temperature oxygen bleaching activator DT-101 was used in the bleaching process for cotton knitted fabric. The results show that DT-101 can promote hydrolysis of hydrogen peroxide at 70~80℃. The same even better whiteness, capillary and refining effect can be achieved treated via low-temperature oxygen bleaching process with DT-101 in comparison to traditional scouring and bleaching process. Application of low-temperature oxygen bleaching would not only meets requirements of traditional scouring and oxygen bleaching, but also prevent fabric wrinkle effectively for lower temperature treatment. Meanwhile, lower temperature, shorter time and higher efficiency of this process results in dramatic reduction of cost.
