摘要
Abstract
A new concentrated direct dyes formaldehyde-free fixing agent TF-234Y was prepared in view of the existing problems in direct dyes fixing agents, the environmental protection and market demands in this paper. The test and analysis of the formaldehyde content, heavy metal ions content and aromatic amine content which can cause cancer etc. proved that the dense fixing agent TF-234Y contained no harmful substances. Experiment results showed that when the fixing agent was applied to the medium or deep color cotton knitted fabric and cotton/brocade/ammonia(80/18/2)blended fabric dyed with direct dyes, the dense fixing agent TF-234Y was able to bviously improve various color fastness and was more excellently than fixing agent Y. Especially the effect of the dense fixing agent TF-234Y on the handle and color change of after treated fabrics was much less than that of fixing agent Y.关键词
