Investigation of weight reduction treatment process of enzyme for wool fiber
摘要
Abstract
Keratinase and protease were used in one bath to treat wool fiber, and the synergistic effects of those two enzymes on weight loss and other properties of wool were studied according to weight loss, strength, and dyeing propertie. Experimental results showed that the wool fiber treated with keratinase and protease presented bigger weight loss, higher dye uptake, weaker strength and lowerK/S value in comparison with untreated sample or sample only treated by one enzyme.关键词
