石墨炉原子吸收法测定液态铬元素的不同消解方法探讨
Comparative study of Pretreatment Methods for Determination of Chromium in Milk Powder by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract
The method of Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to detest the Chromium content of liquid milk.Dry ashing and microwave digestion was discussed for these two kinds of pretreatment methods on the result of experiment .The results showed that dry digestion for samples pretreatment was more accurate , stable, reproducible than microwave digestion .Under the optimal conditions, linear calibration range was 0.002μg/mL -0.320μg/mL(r=0.9996), the relative standard deviation (RSD) of sample was 2.05%, the detection limit of instrument was 0.0031μg/mL, the detection limit of the method was 0.0027μg/mL, the re-covery of standard addition was from 96.35%to 97.21%.关键词
