精神分裂症患者复发相关因素分析
Analysis of relevant factors in schizophrenia relapse
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes of relapse in patients with schizophrenia,and to provide evidence for the pre-vention and reduction of relapse of schizophrenia. Methods On the basis of No. 1 Military Medical Project System,extract the relapse cases of nearly fiveyears of 191th hospital of liberation army of Guigang Guangxi,according to ICD - 10 disease diagnosisstandard consult one by one,with made - self relapse cause questionnaire analysis of relapses causes. Results In schizophrenia patients with recurrence of possible factors due to self withdrawal,reducing the dose or irregular medication and lead to disease recurrence readmission 2667 pa-tients(68. 9% ),clear psychological stress factors before recurrent readmission have 898 patients(23. 2% ),in relapse and hospitaliza-tion of mental division patients,paranoid 2391 cases(61. 7% );spring and autumn with the onset,accounted for 1557 cases(40. 2% ) and 1170 cases(30. 2% ). Conclusion The possible related factors of the recurrence of schizophrenia patients are taking medication complianc,psychological stress,lack of social support,the spring and autumn and family history of the mental disease.关键词
