急性胰腺炎患者炎症因子的表达差异与病情严重程度的相关性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the difference of inflammatory factors in patients with pancreatitis acute(AP)and the severity of the disease. Methods From January 2013 to June 2014, a total of 117 hospitalized patients with APwere divided into three groups:light, moderate and severe. The APACHE II score and serum IL-1, IL-8, IL-6 and TNF-α were measured. Results APACHE II score:severe group > moderate group > mild group(P < 0. 05). IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and IL-1 were increased in all groups, IL-1 and IL-6 were positively correlated with TNF-α in mild group, moderate group and IL-8 were positively correlated, IL-6 and were negatively correlated with IL-1, IL-6,, IL-8, IL-6 and IL-8 were positive. Conclusion The expression of inflam-matory factors in APpatients with different severity and their correlation were different.关键词
