超声引导在麦默通治疗乳腺良性肿块中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the guiding and monitoring effect of high-frequency ultrasound in Mammotome minimally invasive excision for benign breast lesion. Methods: Mammotome minimally invasive excision was applied among 58 cases with 78 breast lesions. All treatments were performed under the guidance of high-frequency ultrasound. Results: 100% of all lesions were accurately diagnosed under the ultrasound guidance. Follow-up results revealed that postoperative hematoma occurred in two cases, and subcutaneous bruising occurred in one case. This represents a local hematoma rate of 3.23%(2/62). No apparent negative results (with a few residual spots) were discovered among the 58 cases after 3 months of the surgery. All patients were satisfied with the breast shapes and therapeutic effect.Conclusions: High frequency ultrasound plays an important role in guiding the treatment of benign breast lesions by minimally invasive Mammotome technique, and it should be the best guiding method to Mammotome minimally invasive excision for benign breast lesion in recently.关键词
