Abstract
Objective:To explore Curosurf treatment of Respiratory distress syndrome of newborn clinical curative effect . Methods: 30 cases of Respiratory distress syndrome of newborn children randomly were divided into two groups all 15 cases, observation group was given Curosurf treatment group, given sputum aspiration and oxygen, control of infection, control fluid infusion quantity, maintain electrolyte balance suit support treatment, compared the clinical effect of two groups of children.Results:The observation group with blood gas analysis was significantly superior to control group, two groups of comparisons, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:Curosurf treatment of respiratory distress syndrome of newborn clinical curative effect definite, could improve the patient's blood gas analysis index, it should be worth clinical application .关键词
