Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of treatment for open reduction and internal fixation of type Ⅱ, Ⅲ Pilon fracture . Methods: From January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital were treated in 33 patients with pilon fractures, including to average 1-year follow-up of 19 patients with Pilon fracture patients after the operation. Results: by the Helfet assessment standards of ankle function :13 cases of Type Ⅱ injury patients, 84% excellent rate, Ⅲ injury in 6 cases, 62% good, the excellent and good rate of 78percent. The outcone of imaging standard of Postoperative fracture reduction: 12 cases were anatomical reduction,6cases were functional reduction and one case was poor. The healing-time ranged from 12 to 52weeks,with a mean time of 15.2 weeks.Delayed union occurred in three cases.Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of Pilon fractures, it is a better therapeutic measures.关键词
