Abstract
Objective:To investigate combine traditional Chinese and western medicine material humerus condyles comminuted fracture between clinical curative effect. Methods:retrospective analysis in June 1997 to August 2011 in our diagnosis and treatment during the 53 cases of humerus condyles comminuted fracture patients between medical record material, surgical methods ulna olecranon V cut bone method show, the double plate fixed fractures, ulna olecranon cut bone reset after tension band fixation. The 24 cases failed to take Chinese traditional medicine combination therapy (single surgery treatment group), 29 cases with Chinese medicine fumigation treatment (combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group), analysis of two groups of treatment effect. Results:The combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group postoperative elbow recovery rate was 89.66% , the separate operation in group is 62.50%, two groups of good contrast, differences exist statistical significance (P<0.05), two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative all did not appear serious complications, curative effect in patients with poor is only mild activity is unwell, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group does not appear sequela patients, separate operation treatment group appear in 3 patients, two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: the ulna olecranon V cut bone is a kind of good treatment between the humerus condyles comminuted fracture of surgical treatment, has the strong fixation, fewer complications etc, and postoperative with Chinese medicine fumigation treatment can obviously improve the postoperative rate and reduce adverse reactions.关键词
