摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes treatment. Methods:selected clinical since 2009 were pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes 60 cases clinical treatment analysis. Results:in 60 cases, good blood glucose control or better tuberculosis lesions absorption, void closure, the sputum negative conversion rate increased. Conclusions: adhere to the two diseases treated at the same time, in the regular anti-tuberculosis treatment at the same time, aggressive treatment of diabetes, glycemic control, so that the two diseases are effective in the treatment of.关键词
