摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods:A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 82 cases with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from 2009 to 2012 years was operated, all the patients were treated by femoral nail anti-rotation treatment, observed the operation time, bleeding volume in operation and the fracture healing time, evaluated the hip joint function. Results In the 82 cases with femoral intertrochanteric fracture the average operation time was ( 48.3± 8.7 ) min, the average bleeding volume in operation was ( 74.6 ±10.8)mL, average fracture healing time was (10.2 ±1.3) weeks. There were no infection, delayed healing of fracture, hip varus deformity and nail withdrawing such complications after operation, the excellent and good rate of Harris score was 92.7%. Conclusion:Taking proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture had good clinical curative effect, and had high safety, it might be an ideal internal fixation treatment to femoral intertrochanteric fracture, worthy of clinical using.关键词
