摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the early postoperative calcaneus fracture operation of vacuum sealing drainage for prevention and treatment of complication of wound treatment. Methods:In our hospital in 2006 August to 2010 November treated 18 cases of 21 foot calcaneal fracture early operation, by intraoperative lateral calcaneal L shaped incision open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate, titanium, but bone graft with or without bone grafting, postoperative vacuum sealing drainage 5-10 days.Results:18 patients with 21 foot by vacuum sealing drainage therapy, the cuts were healing, without infection. The average healing time was 13.8 days. Conclusion:negative pressure closed drainage for calcaneal fractures early operation reduce incisional complications and wound healed well and had obvious effect.关键词
