推拿手法加牵引治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧凸畸形
Maneuver manipulation and traction treatment for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe effect of correcting adolescent idiopathic scoliosis with maneuver manipulation and traction. Methods: 38 cases including 11 males and 27 females were treated with maneuver and traction manipulation. The age of cases was from 12 years to 19 years with an average age of 14.5 years. 27cases Cobb’s angles were from 11 degree to 20 degree, and 11 cases Cobb ’s angles were from 21 degree to 30 degree. Results:15cases were Cure. 9 cases were significant. 8 cases were effective. 6 cases were ineffective. Conclusion:Maneuver manipulation and traction were effective methods to correct adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, didn’t affect spinal activity, and had no complications during the treatment.关键词
