Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of sodium ozagrel combined with xueshuantong in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The 70 cases with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the normal treatment,and the observe group received the treatment of sodium ozagrel combined with xueshuantong. Results:The total effective rate in the observe group were higher than those in control group,and there were significant difference in them (P<0.05). The scores of neurologic impairment in the observe group were lower than those in control group,and there were significant difference in them (P<0.05). There was no significant side-effect in the two groups. Conclusion:The effect of sodium ozagrel combined with xueshuantong in treating acute cerebral infarction was obvious and the side-effect was few,so they should be worth being used.关键词
