Abstract
Objective:To compare the difference of serum uric acid in acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods:105 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 61 patients with cerebral hemorrhage patients by computer tomography(CT) or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) were observed. The alterations of serum uric acid, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were measured in both groups. Results:The level of serum uric acid in hemorrhage patients was higher than that in acute cerebral infarction (p<0.05). Conclusion: The level of serum uric acid can report the critical of cerebral hemorrhage. It should be necessary to attach importance to the level of serum uric acid.关键词
