Abstract
Objective:To observed the effects of using the ankle-foot orthosis biomechanical characteristics of stroke patient with hemiplegia plantar. Methods: 56patients with hemiplegic stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,28cases in each group. Both two groups received the same conventional rehabilitation. The observation group received ankle-foot orthosis based on standing and walking training everyday with a continuous wear brace for a period of not less then 4h, two groups of patients was foot drop biomechanical characteristics were evaluated before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: After 4 weeks treatment of the observation group patients the foot drop biomechanical characteristics had more significantly improvement then prior treatment(P<0.01) and the control group had little improvement then prior treatment(P<0.05). The observation group biomechanical characteristic improved superior to control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: ankle-foot orthosis to improve hemiplegic stroke patients with foot drop could have good role. The foot biomechanical research had theoretical and practical significance for guiding rehabilitation program development and evaluation of the efficacy.关键词
