摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect, effectiveness and security of the milrinone application after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods: 80 cases after coronary artery bypass grafting were divided into A and B group, 40 cases in each group. dopamine was applied in group A and Milrinone in group B. After 72 hours, the echocardiogram was rechecked, cardiac index and left ejection fraction were learned, cardiac function was assessed. Results:1 case from milrilnone group died of infective endocarditis and 2 cases from dopamine group died of low cardiac output, the rest cases recovered well. The cardiac function was strengthened significantly after the application of dopamine, and the strengthening was more significant after the application of milrinone. Conclusion:It was safe and effective to apply the milrinone after coronary artery bypass grafting, and it would be sure to be applied widely in clinical practice.关键词
