Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck. Methods:The clinical data since 2010 the clinical ultrasound diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord around the neck were analyzed. Results:The ultrasonic diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck in 80 cases, the clinical delivery confirmed 76 cases, the accurate rate was 96%. The fetal neck could be found near the umbilical cord and the trend of the fetal neck long axis cross. If the umbilical cord was tight, in the slit image of fetal nuchal skin could appear the umbilical cord of the indentation, or a"U"shape ( around the neck for 1 weeks ), or a"W"shape ( around the neck for 2 weeks ). Conclusion: Ultrasound examination of fetal umbilical cord around the neck, generally not immediately the indication of cesarean section, we should observe and monitor, once discover fetal distress, timely clinical treatment.关键词
