Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of obstructive jaundice patients operation treatment. Methods: 60 cases of patients with obstructive jaundice were retrospectively analyzed clinical data of operation. Results:the Yellow reduction time of 2 D~16 D, average 10 d. The flow rate of 60 ml~1000 ml, average 100 ml~150 ml. Conclusion:the operation treatment for removal of the lesions, the lifting of obstruction, drainage. Especially in patients with severe obstructive cholangitis, operation purpose is to establish the drainage operation, simple and effective.关键词
