Abstract
Objective:To investigate the corneal asphericity changes after hyperopia laser in situ keratomileusis. Methods:The retrospective analysis of 100 cases of hyperopia laser in situ keratomileusis patients (124 eyes) was analized. The corneal asphericity parameter Q value, the cutting eccentric value and the sink value of the cornea curvature (K) were detected before and after the hyperopia laser in situ keratomileusis. Moreover, the relevance analysis on the changes of Q value (△Q) and he sink value (△K), and the expected correction value (SE) was made. Results:The curvature of the cornea flattened for the myopia patients. The shape of the cornea was prolate before the surgery, the asphrical parameter Q<0. And the shape of the cornea was oval after the surgery, the asphrical parameter Q>0. There existed correlation between the changes of△Q and△K, and the expected correction value (SE) (P<0.05 for both). However, there did not exist orrelation between Q value and eccentric value after the surgery (P>0.05). Conclusion:After the hyperopia laser in situ keratomileusis, the corneal asphericity parameter Q value increased, and there exists correlation among SE, △K and△Q.关键词
