Abstract
Objective:Curative effect and safety of doxofylline the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods: Two hundred Patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the treatment group (100 cases) and the control group (100 cases) .On the basis of conventional therapy, treatment group was treated with doxofylline, control group were given aminophylline, Improvement of two cases symptoms and signs and lung function were observed before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions. Results:The use of doxofylline group of symptoms and signs of recovery time is short, the lung function improved significantly. Conclusion:Doxofylline the treatment of bronchial asthma, has a rapid onset, long maintenance time, drug adverse reactions were mild, is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
