Abstract
Objective:To discuss the risk factors and protective measures of sharp instrument injury for emergency department nurse. Method:Data of 65 sharp instrument injuries in our hospital were selected and analyzed. The risk factors were analyzed and protective measures were proposed. Results:Of the 65 cases, the types of sharp instrument injuries were syringe needle (41.5%), scalp acupuncture (27.7%), glass (13.8%), suture needles (4.6%) and others (12.4%). The operation steps were handling sharp objects (49.2%), breaking the ampoules (23.1%), recapping the needle cap (10.8%), withdrawal of needles (6.2%) and others (10.7%). Conclusion:Emergency department nurses are facing a greater threat of sharp instrument injury. Regulating operation behavior, improve and strengthen the consciousness of sharp injury protection are important measures to reduce injury.关键词
