Abstract
Objective:This study was aimed at studying the influencing factors and probing into the method and effect of nursing care of frequent relapses of children with nephrotic syndrome. Methods:77 children patients who admitted to our department between June 2011 and June 2012, diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome were retrospectively analyzed clinical data to study the reasons of frequent relapses. Results:In clinical observation,relapse of NS had mainly relation to some factors such as infection,lack of treatment course, dietary inadequacy and overtired, according to the statistical analysis of the clinical data and relapse factors, so as to make reasonable nursing care as early as possible. Conclusion:Leading cause of frequently relapse of nephrotic syndrome is very complex:regulate the use of hormones, control infection, keep a balanced diet, and have a proper rest, the key to the treatment of frequently relapsing. It is important to seek for clinical markers of relapse,in order to early discover children with frequent relapse risk factors and modify the therapeutic and nursing scheme promptly.Early intervention may reduce the incidence of recurrence.关键词
