Abstract
Ojective:Investigate the efficacy of treatment of congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia with external skeletal compression fixa -tion and simultaneous closed osteotomy lengthening .Methods:11 cases of congenital pseudarthrosis were treated by external skeletal com-pression fixation and simultaneous closed osteotomy lengthening .after resecting of the pseudarthrosis and the surrounding pathological changes,two ends of pseudarthrosis were corrected and compressed by performing “multiple-plane and double-track elongation instru-ment”,and then the tibia of the proximal were extended by “needle saw”.Results:By following-up, bone union were achieved in all 11 pseudarthrosises ,slight valgus deformity of ankle were residued in two patients .Conclusion:It is a practical and safe surgical manner to treat congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia with external skeletal compression fixation and simultaneous closed osteotomy lengthening .关键词
