Abstract
Objection:Investigate the irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in treating patients .Methods:Divided 130 patients of primary hypertension into two groups .The treatment group with 65cases,and the control group 65 patients.The treatment group were treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets and control group were treated with irbesartan .All patients were observed continuously for 8 weeks.8 weeks later .and observed effects after 4 weeks and 8 weeks.Results:The effective rate of treatment group was 90.75%,and that of the control group was75.4%.Difference of efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide tablets were significantly superior to irbesartan .Essential hypertension.关键词
