Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of misoprostol combined with oxytoc in prevating flooding of midpregnancy after labor induction.Methods:The 60 cases with midpregnancy were divided into the observe group and the control group .The trontrol group re-ceived the oxytoc treatment ,and the observe group received the misoprostol combined with oxytoc .Results:The flooding of midpregnancy after labor induction in 2 and 24hours in the observe group was fewer than those in control group (P<0.05).The third stage of labor and rate of flooding in the observe group was fewer than those in control group (P<0.05).The uterine contraction and uterus recovering in the observe group was superior to those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of misoprostol combined with oxytoc in pre-vating flooding of midpregnancy after labor induction is obvious ,so they are worth being used .关键词
