Abstract
Objective:The aim of this paper is to investigate the efficacy of leonurus heterophyllus injection for patients 'postpartum hemorrhage prevention .Methods:160 cases of cesarean section delivery patients were divided into observation group (80 cases) and con-trol group (80 cases) according to their admitted order to the hospital , and the patients in the two groups received leonurus heterophyllus injection treatment and oxytocin treatment respectively .Results:The amount of bleeding after 2-24 h and 24-48 h of the surgery in the observation group was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05).However, the amount of bleeding during the surgery had no difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Moreover, the PT, APTT and FIB of the observation group after the surgery were signifi-cantly higher than the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Leonurus heterophyllus injection can reduce postpartum hemorrhage .This may be associated with it's enhancement of coagulation function .关键词
